This adorable couple is getting married next June ... and I can't wait.  Sara has been a bridesmaid at two other weddings that I've photographed.  I'm so excited that it's finally her turn!  In fact Sara and Robbie actually met at the first of those two weddings. 

Here is their story in Sara's words:
Robbie and I knew of each other in college.  My friend Stephanie lived across the hall from me freshman year and she dated Rollin, who was living with Robbie.  We knew who each other were, but that was about it.  Several years later, at Stephanie and Rollin's wedding, I was a bridesmaid and he was a groomsman.  It was their wedding weekend where it all started with a bowling match (I won!) and several games of pool (he won, all of them!).  I can't believe he was there the whole time.

The proposal story:  Robbie has several good friends from high school and college.  Mark is one of them - last May, Mark was getting married to his beautiful fiance` Marta.  Marta was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain.  So naturally, that's where the wedding was located.   Robbie and I were going to make the trip to Spain for their wedding.  On our fourth day in Barcelona, we had a great time walking around the city and a wonderful dinner with Mark and Marta.  We went back to our room and grabbed a bottle of wine and went out to our terrace.  We were sitting around, talking about our day, when all of a sudden, Robbie told me that he didn't want to spend another day without me.  I was shocked!  I didn't see it coming at all, although I found out later that all our friends had predicted this would happen.  It was a beautiful moment and one that was so special.
